Once you have chosen the style you love you can either call us on (08) 8232 7822 to place your preferred style and size on hold for free in store for 48 hours, then come into the store for fitting and a double-check fitting and purchase.

To ensure you have chosen the right size and style for you, come on in and have a fitting. Sometimes the size is perfecto, other times it needs a tweak. We can even help you find the right style to suit your shape, size and occasion.

Of course you can, as long as you have been fitted by us.

We take our job seriously and it is super important that we sell you the size and style that works perfectly for you.

That means you will need to come into our store for a fitting. If you are an existing customer and have had a fitting with us recently give us a call on (08) 8232 7822 to arrange delivery.

We work with you in our boutique to ensure you have the perfect fit so we prefer you to pay in store.

If you are ordering over the phone following a recent fitting we can happily take a payment that way, but we don't currently offer online purchasing - sorry!

You can pay in store using Mastercard, Visa, cash, or gift vouchers.

Sorry, we don’t accept American Express or AfterPay/other buy now pay later programs.

Crazy right? We think so. 

We take our job seriously and rest easier knowing we have sold you the perfect bra by taking the time to do a professional fitting.

Generally, about once a year… 

But there are lots of life events that can impact your breasts that can change your breast size, shape and requirements like being pregnant, having a baby, breastfeeding, breast surgery, weight loss or weight gain. 

If you have experienced any of these significant changes you will need a new fitting.

As trained Fitting Experts, my friendly team and I will take two measurements: one under the bust and one over the bust. Then we will chat to you about your requirements and help you find perfect size and style. 

When trying on options we will help you adjust the straps, check for firmness and make sure the underwires are fitting correctly. 

It’s really not daunting – we will have you feeling relaxed, beautiful and incredible in no time.

A standard fitting takes about 10 minutes, but you will need to leave extra time to try on different sizes and styles.

Nope, it is all part of the service.

We highly recommend purchasing a gift voucher so your recipient can come in and have a fitting to choose the right style and size.

Otherwise ask the team about the styles in store that are less likely to need a full fitting, and we should be able to help you find something special for your special someone.

Ongoing collections can be ordered anytime, but keep in mind fashion collections can sell out quickly so get in fast!

We recommend you come into our boutique and choose your bridal lingerie before you choose your dress.

Yes, really!

That way you know that you have the perfect bra that works with your preferred dress.

At least one month, however two months is safer. 

If a particular size or style needs to be ordered in for you it can take up to three weeks. We need enough time to make sure you have the perfectly fitted lingerie for your special event. 

Yes, although as it will be professionally fitted to you it is unlikely that you will need to exchange it! 
All items must be returned intact, unworn, and with tags on. 

Below are our exchange terms:

sale items – exchange or credit note within 7 days of purchase

full price items – exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase

lingerie accessories – no exchange

No, although we do offer exchanges on all items except accessories.

We are happy to exchange within the stated time frames, for other styles or colours or offer a credit note if you're not sure what you'd like right away. However we do not offer refunds for change of mind under any circumstances. Please be aware of this before you make your purchase.

HAND WASH CYCLE is not the same as HAND WASH

 Bra Laundering

 If you want to be sure your bra won’t get damaged you have
to wash it by hand.

Hand washing isn’t so hard! In a tub or sink, mix gentle detergent and cool water.

Soak your bras and agitate occasionally, after 30 minutes, empty and rinse in fresh water.

Did you know you can wash your bras in the shower?

Just bring them in with you, and rub a little clear shampoo
on the underwires and underarms where they touch the skin. Rinse under the
spray and hang it over the shower rail to dry!

When you hang it to dry, make sure it hangs from the middle,
so that the weight of the wet bra doesn’t cause uneven stretch.

Bra Preservation

You don’t have to wash your bra every time you wear it.
Every third wear is enough unless it has gotten very dirty.

We recommend you cycle between three bras.

One on, one in the wash, and one extra day of rest.

You can machine wash your bras IF you are prepared to accept the CONSEQUENCES.

Even in a lingerie bag there is a chance the machine will
catch the underwire or tear the fabric.

It is your choice if you want to machine wash your bras.

We can only warn you of what may happen.

It won’t happen every time, but it might happen any time.

If you accept the risk you can choose to use the machine,
but even on the hand wash cycle, even in a lingerie bag, if your bra is damaged we cannot help.

 If you love your bras keep them safe and hand wash!
